Had a dozen or so woodies and a couple chickenheads strafe us in the fog with 4 shots fired. Tuffed it out until about 10 and decided to have a hail call off because there was only one other boat within miles. Pulled two blacks out of an impoundment and worked them for 5 go rounds only to have them return to the groceries. They came out about 15 minutes later and worked for 5 more minutes before heading to the coast. I reckon it was worth it being able to watch em work without having someone bamblast the first time they banked.

Giving it up till next weekend. The birds hit the highway yesterday morning. It was good while it lasted.

Yep.... Some COLD weather would be nice. And a winter storm that pushes them rascals out of the mid-Atlantic into SC. And off the plains to here too.

tha frogs and skeeters were plentiful this evening. thank goodness its suppose to get colder later in the week!
