After losing my 2yo GSP several weeks ago to pythiosis i took the plunge over the weekend. After some great advice/suggestions on here and many hours of research I found what I was I was looking for. Meet Ellie ...she has some "big" shoes to fill ...

Nice pup. I've been inquiring on a new pup myself. Been looking at the GWH. Had any dealing with that breed?

Pretty gal there. Hope she's a good one.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Rosier...not darkside...they were all accounted for. She's outta kennel in NC. Sire and Dam have loaded pedigrees. The sire is Hammerin' Hank of Hand Farms in Loris and the dam is out of Wildrose kennels in TX.

Thanks for the kind words fellows. Still have 2 weeks before she comes home...can't wait

I feel your pain..I don't wish that feeling on my worst enemy!! Sorry for your loss

....Maddie won't/can't ever be replaced but trust me ...puppy breath works wonders and helps to ease the pain. In all actuality, it's still a little to "early" for me ...it's been right at 5 weeks but I couldn't turn down the opportunity at first pic of this litter.

If ya don't mind me asking, what happened?

Oh my Goodness! I think I have a special chromosome that makes me weak for shorthair puppies. I wish you could email me a shot of that puppy breath. Great looking pup. Damn the intensity on the sire's point!

Are you sure it's a female? The seventh picture looks like she has a set of nads hanging.

He's got that intense crouching, creeping point!! Love that in a pointer!! I think that's another pups leg or something in the way. I had first pic of the 7 females and went with her. She's a big gal..."huge" head and largest paws out of the females. I spent several hours with the litter yesterday before making the decision and she was the boss!!!

Beautiful pup. I've always wanted a GSP but haven't made the plunge yet...
