Most towns have electronics recycling days. Other than that you will have to pay to take them somewhere. Call your local town and see when they are doing this .

Only if it is a certain type. I tried to take some stuff there and the little old lady manning the check ins looked at it, asked about the OS and shit like that. They wouldn't take it. She told me the only place for it was the dump.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
