As long as they continue paying the SA, they can upgrade for free. At least, that's how it is for us.

one of those situations where the onsite guy doesn't want to be told what's best by a consultant. (just like exchange version) I will encourage the higher ups to think about upgrading warranty, but have to be slick and do so without stepping on toes.
