    Tried a new recipe tonight and trying to step up my plating game

    Baked Salmon
    Steamed Broccoli
    Crab Stuffed Portobellos
    all topped w/ a Ginger Dijon Sauce

    Nice table.

    Plating critique: Try to leave some unused space, and remember that odd numbers are more pleasing to the eye. Not bad though. Broccolli is tough to work with. Tuck the stems under the fish so that just the tops show out one side.

    Thanks Foie. That makes sense. I've been trying to get that professional plating look without skimping on the portions.
