General Tso musta been a turkey hunter

Made General Tso's turkey tonight. Turned out pretty good. Still a few kinks to work out, but not bad overall.

It was a lot easier than I would have thought. Dice the breast into 1 inch cubes and mix with 1/4 cp of soy sauce, one beaten egg and about 1/2 cup of cornstach. Fry til golden brown and remove. Heat about 1/2 tablespoon of oil and stir fry green onions and thai chile peppers. Add sauce and cook until thickened and add back the turkey. Sauce is 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup of vinegar, 1/4 cup of sherry, 1/4 cup of water, can of chicken broth, clove of minced garlic, 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of cornstarch. Next time I will reduce the amount of sugar and add more heat.
