Saw tons of Jakes and hens never heard one gobble... Had seen at least 3 long beards before the season.... Adjacent property owner had disked his hay field Sat... looked like every bird from a mile round was in the disked field... had to be at least 50 to 60 birds in the field. I had heard it was illegel to hunt near or over a disked field... DNR regs looked a little vague on this point to me... Anyone know for sure?
