My wife doesn't ask me build stuff. I don't ask her to cook.

    How very artisanal.

Make me some pallets out of an old coffee table so I can have some bonfire wood.

I don't do pallets. Or, pallet wood.

I'm jealous of you in this thread. I feel like everytime I run a chop saw I'm going to cut off my fucking hand. Some of you are very talented. I rebuilt my deck and felt like Norm Abrams until I saw this thread.

Right on, Turbo! Pumped for y'all. He's gonna be a hellraiser.

Built this bench for my wife for our 5th wedding anniversary back in June. We didn't have anything on the front porch of our rental, so I came up with this. Planters slide into the side boxes for easy replanting. We pulled the trigger and bought a new house right after I built that, and, of course, it doesn't fit right anywhere. I'm planning to modify it for underneath the bay window on the back.

I like those cabinets. I've been researching cabinets, and I think I want to go metal. Lista's are definitely out of my budget, though.

I saw the dog in the pic and was going to comment on his ferocious ass.

Anybody been making anything? I've got a church pew and a cool old desk I am fixing to refinish for Christmas gifts.

Will be soon, my new shop equipment comes Wednesday. I’m pretty stoked.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

    Jet 20” Helical Head Planer
Jet 1840 EVS Lathe, almost went with the 1836 Laguna Revo but got more lathe for about the same money after the 15% off on Jet equipment.
    Jet 15” Bandsaw
New helical head for my jointer

Britt’s going to give me shit I know it but a Sawstop Industrial 5hp 1ph Saw with 52” fence. It was that, Powermatic or Oliver but since my sons are starting to take interest in woodworking, I went safety. Saw does have a brake overide which is good since I rip a lot of treated and the moisture can cause them to trip.

Not really, more of an asset to help make money for my company. A lot of stuff I’m doing has been specialty stuff or one off things. I wanted more production and precision tools to do it. The only thing I didn’t replace was the jointer since every part on my Northstate would fit a Powermatic/Jet/Delta/etc, replace the head with a helical and I’m good.
