Is this the end of landlines?
Is this the end of landlines?
Some telephone companies are asking the government to end traditional landline service
From the article:
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which twice a year tracks the percentage of households that still use landlines, reported in December that 35.8 percent of U.S. households have gone wireless-only, a 77.2 percent bump over late 2008. In addition, 9.4 percent of households remain landline-only, a decrease of roughly 46 percent during that same period.
Why? Why is the CDC interested in who has a landline and who doesn't? That has nothing to do with their mission.
I'm sure other government entities like the FBI, NSA, Homeland Security, etc want everyone to use cell or internet. Those are much easier to tap than a land line where they have to physically tap into a line.

The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.
