I've read negative comments about 'being bundled' by Charter and how people were glad to get out of it, etc, etc, etc...

I'd like to know some details, because with the way costs keep going up, and we still keep our AT&T land line due to cell reception problems here, a '3-way Bundle' keeps looking like a decent way to save some bucks each month.

We're not exceptionally happy with Charter overall, but despite many of their employees (and managers for sure) generally having a crappy non-Customer Service attitude (which monopolies tend to get), the Internet and TV services generally work the vast majority of the time.

Dish and Direct TV are not presently considered to be viable options... which, unfortunately, leaves us with Charter and no cable competition.

For those of you who bundled your phone service with Charter, what were the pros and cons?

Why did you drop the service, if you have?

If you still have the service, are you planning on keeping it? Why? How is the service overall?

Anything else?

Thanks!
